  • You’re welcome to pick up your dress 1–2 days before your event and just return it within 2 days after. If you’re hiring by post, your dress will arrive a couple of days before your event, and we simply ask that you pop it back in the mail by 4pm on the next business day after.

  • If you need to cancel for any reason (even just a change of mind), we’re happy to offer a store credit anytime up to 14 days before your event. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, but don’t worry, any store credits you receive are valid for 12 months from the date they’re issued.

  • Shipping is $30 for round-trip express postage.

    We will ship the item to you and provide a return print receipt for return delivery as well as a package bag.

  • We suggest booking nice and early especially for our most popular styles. This is to make sure your dream dress is available for your event.

  • If your dress was posted, it doesn’t fit and you haven’t had a chance to try it on, we’re happy to offer a store credit as long as it’s returned over-the-counter within 24 hours of delivery.

    Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds, as your event date or weekend was reserved just for you and we may have had to turn away other bookings.

  • You can return your dress either by post (if arranged when booking) or in person. For postal returns, we provide a prepaid label and ask that the dress be dropped off at the post office by 4pm on the next business day after your event. For in-person returns, simply bring the dress back within 2 days after your event.

  • No, we take care of all dry cleaning. Just return the dress, and we’ll handle the cleaning!

  • Yes, we offer Australia-wide shipping for rentals.

  • All packages are sent with express shipping and typically arrive within 1-2 business days. If you’re located in a rural area, delivery may take a bit longer. We ask those living in rural areas to let us know before delivery.


  • Of course! Once your order is shipped you’ll receive a email with the tracking number to monitor your delivery.
